All kits can be completed by following clear and easy-to-understand instructions, and we will provide full support if you encounter any difficulties when building the kits. We do have customers who have never tried crafting before and they're now on their way to building their second, third, fourth kit and so on!

Most of our DIY Craft Kits are suitable for children above the age of 14+. However, we have received feedback from parents telling us that their 6-10-year-old children are having a ton of fun with it too. We guess ultimately, it depends on how the kit is presented to the child - if the child is expected to build it independently, it may be challenging for them to complete. However, if you plan to build the kit together with your child and engage their creativity, it is highly possible for them to complete it. We encourage families to do it together as a bonding activity!

Please include your order number or the email you used when placing the order and attach proof of the issue (image file or video). Our team will sort it out for you and send the replacement!
